Hear from Your Neighbour!
Muhammad Osaja is a proud member of the Hills of Carmel.
Purchasing at The Hills of Carmel in 2020, Muhammad has watched how the community has grown throughout the years and shares that, what he loves most, is the sense of connection he feels here.
“From the scenic roads, convenient shops and warm community, it was an easy choice for me to purchase at The Hills of Carmel.”
For Muhammad, it was important to find a place where he and his family could establish themselves and grow alongside the estate and the community.
“We love that the community is undergoing significant transformation and that there’s a lot of opportunity here for people; whether you’re a business owner wanting to establish a business in the area, or looking for a place to settle down. There is a lot of growth, which is exciting to be part of.”
With beautiful natural surrounds, a bustling friendly community and easy access to a shopping centre and transport, Muhammad says Box Hill makes life easy.
