Can I buy land now and settle later?
Yes! Secure your land at The Hills of Carmel with just a $10K deposit, exchange contracts by 31 December 2026 and enjoy delayed settlement until October 2027.
How much deposit do I need?
Just $10,000 upfront, instead of the usual 10%. On a $729,000 lot, that’s $10,000 compared with $72,900 – meaning $62,900 less to pay upfront. The remaining purchase price is payable at settlement.
When does settlement happen?
Settlement is scheduled for October 1 2027, giving you more time to plan your finances and prepare for your future home.
How do the bonus packages work if I have not built my home yet?
You’ll be able to choose from a range of bonus packages valued at up to $20,000, including home technology, furniture, solar, outdoor living, groceries and travel. Vouchers will be issued following settlement finalisation on October 1, 2027.
When does the offer end?
This limited-time offer is available to eligible buyers who purchase from The Hills of Carmel pricelist issued 12 October, 2026.
Can I receive a referral bonus too?
Upon eligibility confirmation, a $5,000 referral bonus will be offered to the referrer as well as $5,000 for the referee when settlement is confirmed. Referral may be from existing residents or those purchasing separate lots with friends.
