From construction and development to resident engagement and what’s happening in the neighbourhood – here’s the latest from The Hills of Carmel.
Our Growing Community
Civil construction on the Medium Density portion of The Hills of Carmel commenced in November, with plans for residential development to begin early next year, and proposed retail developments in the pipeline.
97 lots are complete and registered in the next stage of IZUMI. Construction of our new stage will begin in February 2026.
In 2025, just over 100 residents have moved into their new homes, helping our community continue to grow and thrive. Each new neighbour brings energy, friendship, and a sense of belonging, making The Hills of Carmel an even more vibrant and welcoming place to live.
It’s been wonderful to see families, couples, and individuals settle in, explore the amenities, and make the most of everything our community has to offer.
We’re also delighted to share a major milestone for the community: the 1,000th home at The Hills of Carmel has now been sold.
This achievement reflects the growth and momentum of the neighbourhood, as well as the confidence so many families have placed in making The Hills of Carmel their future home.
Lastly, we launched the next stage of our community IZUMI, which brings more land options for future Hills of Carmel residents.
Thank you to our residents for helping shape such a vibrant, welcoming community – we’re excited to continue building on this success together in the year ahead.
